Lido Massage Policy

Please review our guest policy before your session.

Lido Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

Professional Standards

  • Draping required: Clients are covered during the session; only the area being worked on is exposed.
  • All services are for relaxation/wellness and NON-SEXUAL.
  • Our staff will stop services immediately if a customer behaves inappropriately. The customer will be responsible to pay for the entire session.

Health & Safety

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of their health condition and well-being before any services are rendered.
  • It is common to feel some soreness after massage, especially if muscles are tight. This typically subsides after a couple of days.

Payments & Certificates

  • Payment & gratuity: Payment is due at time of service. Tips are appreciated for great service.
  • Gift Certificates: All gift certificates from Lido Massage expire after six (6) months. Certificates have no cash value. We are not responsible if you cannot redeem within the allotted time.
  • Cash vs. card: Cash transactions have no fee. A $3 convenience fee is added to all credit/debit card transactions.

Scheduling

  • Lateness & cancellations: Late arrivals may shorten session time. Please call if you need to reschedule.
  • Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and provide consent.

Limitations & Liability

  • Service window: Lido Massage is not accountable for services rendered after 72 hours/3 days. NO EXCEPTION.
  • Please watch your own belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
